I contacted you about a custom order but how will I know I love the finished product? I'm nervous about paying before I see the finished product?We will be in communication with you during the design process. We send multiple sample previews and change things around until you are 100% satisfied. There are no limits to the number of changes or previews we can send. However, once you approve the design and the item has been created, any changes will require a new order.

I placed my order, now what?Your order will be completed within 14 business days. Please note that holidays and weekends are not considered business days. If you need your order before the 14 business days, please email us at bellarosedesignsmore@hotmail.com and we can add on a rush fee of $10 per item, up to $50 max per order. Once your item is finished and packaged up, you will receive an email letting you know that you can come by and pick it up or if you paid for shipping, your tracking number will be included email. All items will be shipped First Class (2-9 day delivery). If you would like priority shipping or a faster delivery option, please email us and we will send you an updated invoice. Please note that we are NOT responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged items once handed over to the shipping carrier.

I have tracking for my order but the shipping carrier has delayed it, now what?Unfortunately, we are NOT responsible for any lost items or mistakes made by the post office. We cannot control a package once it has been handed over to the post office. You may contact us and we can try to contact the post office on your behalf.

The shirts I ordered doesn't fit me right. I want a refund or an exchange.Unfortunately, no returns, refunds or exchanges are available on custom items.

I placed my order but no longer need it. Can I cancel it?You may cancel it for an 80% refund. There is a 20% convenience fee.

What is the turn around time after I place my order?All orders will have a 14 business day turn-around time. The 14 days STARTS on the day the order is paid for. Your order might be finished before 14 days, but it may take the whole time. If you need your order guaranteed before the 14 business days, there is a SKIP THE LINE / RUSH ORDER FEE of $10 PER ITEM, up to $50 max. You tell us the date you need your order finished by and we will make sure to have it ready for pickup by the end of that business day. If you are placing a bulk/wholesale order, it will take 3 weeks from the time the order is paid for. If you need it guaranteed before 3 weeks, there is a flat $50 rush fee.

What are the design fees for custom printed fabric items, like a shirt?Design Fees are in addition to the cost of the blank item. $0: You pick a design that I already have. $5: You supply the design EXACTLY how you want it, no color changes or edits. The design must be emailed to bellarosedesignsmore@hotmail.com as a png, with transparent background, and at least 300 dpi. You will receive EXACTLY what you email. So if the emailed image is blurry or pixelated, you will receive a blurry or pixelated print. We will not make any changes. If changes are needed, there will be an additional $10 fee added on. $10: I create the design This Includes: An idea you have in your head that you want created. Something you saw online but do not have the file for. You email a design but it needs edits (ie colors, size, quality, etc). *Please note these fees are per design. Ex: If you get a shirt that is front and back, with a different design on each side, you will need to pay the design fee for each side. If you purchase 5 items with the same design, you only pay the design fee once.

What are the design fees for an engraved item?Design Fees are in addition to the cost of the blank item. $0: Only words/letters/numbers OR a design that I have on display. $25: Turn handwriting into a file format for engraving. This is only charged once regardless of quantity. $25: Turn a photo/image into an engraving. This is only charged once regardless of quantity. VARIABLE: If supplying your own engravable item (piece of wood, Bible, etc), price will be Length + Width x2.

Can I supply my own shirt for printing?Yes, but a design/application fee will need to be paid for. Design/Application Fees if supplying your own Shirt: $15: You pick a design that I already have and I apply it to ONE SIDE to your shirt. $15: You supply the design EXACTLY how you want it, no color changes or edits. I will print what you send and apply it to ONE SIDE ONLY. The design must be emailed to bellarosedesignsmore@hotmail.com as a png, with transparent background, and at least 300 dpi. Do you offer any discounts?The only discounts we offer are: If you place a bulk/wholesale order of 30+ of the same design. If you purchase a class/event ticket, you’ll receive 5% off during that class/event. No discounts offered during FREE events.

Orders that haven't been picked up....We will email and/or text you once your order is ready for pickup. If you have not picked up your order within 30 days of the notification, we will send you 1 more reminder and then your order will be put back into inventory or discarded on day 32. You will NOT be refunded on any orders that you do not pick up in time. If your items have been returned to inventory or discarded, and you would still like them, you will need to purchase them again.
